Financial Controller - Your key responsibilities

As Financial Controller, reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a central role in structuring and supporting the company’s growth:

• Build, monitor and follow up the annual budget and forecasts
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances to management
• Develop and improve KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools
• Support monthly and yearly closings in collaboration with accounting
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial processes

Financial Controller - Your profile

• Experience: 3–5 years in controlling, financial analysis or audit (industrial environment is a strong plus)
• Languages: Fluent French with a good command of English
• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

• Salary: Up to approximately €75,000 gross/year, depending on experience
